Dance Reflection
Friday March 27
Dance Reflection Term 1: The day the Treaty of Waitangi was signed
I learnt to make a tree with Liam. That was a body shape. Liam was standing and stretched out his arms. I put my hands out. I made a good tree. I made air pathways for my dance signatures. My letters were N and H. I sat on the floor and wiggled my hands for my N. I made a floor pathway for my H. I stood up and made my H in the air with my foot. I think I did a good job going from shape to pathway to shape. I think I tried my best. If I did the dance again I would change how I had my hands for my tree shape.

Chocolate Crackles
Najib's work on chocolate crackles
Learning Intention
l am learning to use a hook to capture audience interest
levels.
Last Friday our whole class worked together and we each had jobs to do.
First we all washed our hands then put all the paper cases on a plate. Liam and Sanujan and Aung Naing put the paper cups onto the plate.
Then we measured the rice bubbles. Alaree’o, Tai, Joel and Riley had the fun job of measuring the four cups of rice bubbles
Nyjah measured the icing sugar. Shailah measured the coconut. Joshua poured the kremelta.
We counted from one to ten during mixing the ingredients.
Alaree’o, Taylor, Kohatu and Shailah took the chocolate crackles to the fridge.
After lunch I was excited when Miss Paton got the chocolate crackles out of the fridge. They were yum. They tasted delicious. The chocolate crackles were crunchy and cold.
